Dr. Mary Hemphill is a Leadership Expert & Development Coach, K-16 Educator & Administrator, Author, & Motivational Speaker. With over 17 years of professional experience as a teacher, administrator, state director, & university professor, Mary understands the importance of fusing education, empowerment, & leadership together as she works with learning & working communities & speaks to audiences across the country. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, & has led, coached, & impacted close to 40,000 educational and corporate leaders around the world on transformational & innovative strategy, self-empowerment, & leadership development. Mary is the proud CEO & Founder of Limitless LLC ™, an organization that helps people ignite the leader in themselves so they can better serve their community, company, and personal career through coaching, consulting, workshops, and keynotes aimed at corporate and educational leaders and organizations.
Mary believes that in order to show up in the world as your most authentic & powerful self, we must break through limiting beliefs that keep us from maximizing our full potential. If we want to create opportunities, pathways, & impacts that shift our world in a more positive direction, then we need young adults, learning communities, & organizations who are prepared to lead the movement!

Karen is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Limitless. Karen spearheads all Limitless outreach & communication, event logistics, and establishes policies & processes that improve & promote our company vision and culture. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Food Service Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Johnson & Wales University. Karen has been a culinary educator for 8+ years at the high school level and has worked with non-profit organizations to assist 6th-12th graders in career development.

Gloria S. Hemphill is the mother of Mary and Karen and serves as Chief Wellness Officer (CWO). She provides holistic support, insight, and 1:1 coaching for our internal team and clients. She is a retired Registered Nurse with 48 years in Oncology who specializes in quality of life and wellness systems and support. Gloria is a former school board member serving for 14 years in North Carolina and currently serves as the Director of Christian Education at her local church.
