Dr. Mary Hemphill is a human-centered leadership strategist with more than 20 years of experience across education, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship. As CEO & Founder of The Limitless Leader LLC, she helps individuals and organizations identify, ignite, and illuminate their leadership potential through coaching, consulting, and executive workshops.
Her path runs from the classroom to the statehouse. She served as North Carolina's first State Director of Computer Science, as a Chief Academic Officer, and as an adjunct professor of Leadership Studies at UNC-Chapel Hill, leading large-scale strategy, digital transformation, and leadership development at the state and national levels.

Karen Hemphill
Karen leads all Limitless outreach, communication, and event logistics, and builds the policies and processes that carry the company's vision and culture. She holds a B.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management, with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from Johnson & Wales University. She spent 8+ years as a high school culinary educator and has worked with nonprofits supporting career development for students in grades 6 through 12.

Gloria Hemphill
Mother of Mary and Karen, Gloria provides holistic support, insight, and 1:1 coaching for the Limitless team and its clients. She is a retired Registered Nurse with 48 years in oncology, specializing in quality of life and wellness. She served 14 years on a North Carolina school board and is Director of Christian Education at her local church.
